The Vincom Center project is located in District 1 in central Ho Chi Minh City with a total site area of 19,642 square meters, and consists of two plots of land, Lot A and Lot B

Both Lot A and Lot B have been identified as “Golden Sites” and earmarked as two of twenty such sites by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for the development of landmark buildings in the city

Stage 1 (Lot B) is composed of high-end residential, office and retail space and an underground parking area. It comprises 25 floors above ground level and 6 floors below ground level and occupy a total land area of 10,842 sqm. It has a GFA of 159,449 sqm (above ground GFA of 117,944 sqm; underground GFA of 41,505 sqm)

Stage 2 (Lot A) is envisaged to involve the development of a five-star hotel, high-end office and retail space and an underground parking area, comprising 9 floors above ground level and 6 floors below ground level, occupying a total land area of 8,800 sqm with a GFA of 113,050 sqm (above ground GFA of 51,450 square meters; underground GFA of 61,600 sqm)

Lot A and Lot B will be connected by an underground link on the second, third and fourth basement levels

Stage 1 (Lot B) shopping center and office was opened on 30 April 2010 with the residential apartments completed in the middle of 2010. Over 92% of the retail space was pre-leased by the opening date. The residential apartments haven’t been launched for sale

Construction on Lot A is expected to commence in 2010
