Vincom’s current investment portfolio consists of luxury apartment, retail and office complex in Hanoi, Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh cities. As at 31 March 2011, Vincom has invested US$ 688 million in its projects:
• Vincom Center Hanoi (VCC HN), a complex of 21-storey high-end retail and office twin towers and 25-storey Vincom Park Place building, connected by basement and overhead walkway in the center of Hanoi.
The twin towers, constructed in 18 months and officially came into operation from November 2004, consists of the largest modern high-end shopping center and offices. This has become the most bustling luxury Shopping Mall in Vietnam.
Tower C (Vincom Center Hanoi - Apartment), a 25-storey high-end retail and residential complex located adjacent to VCC HN, completed in August 2009, is considered the landmark to embellish Vincom Center Hanoi Complex.
Vincom Center B (Vincom Center Hochiminh City- VCC HCM):
Vincom Center B is a high-end office, shopping mall and residential complex. The building commenced operation on 30 April 2010; however the Shopping Mall and Office had effectively operated before.
Vincom Financial Tower:
Vincom Financial Tower is a 25-storey office building located in Ho Chi Minh’s financial district, covering a land area of 2,146m2 at Nguyen Cong Tru Street. Vincom Financial Tower was handed-over to customers in December 2010.
Royal City:
Covering an area of 120,942m2 in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, Royal City is designed in luxurious and elegant European style. Vincom Center A- Ho Chi Minh City:
